Historical Load

This section will discuss how to run a historical load using Batch File.

Overview​

Historical load data is essential for post-market analysis and forecasting. Understanding past trends provides valuable insights into potential outlooks for the coming days.

Prerequisites​

  • Real-time Data (RTD) from WESM
  • Loaded Historical Bids

Download and Organize WESM Files​

Download the required RTD Files. Save the files in: C:\IENERGY\WESM25XX\WESM FILES

Initialize Databases​

Run DefInit.bat located in C:\IENERGY\WESM25XX.

Required

You must initialize before running iPool to prevent system crashes.
